Carson Woods Major Subdivision – Discussion of a preliminary plat submitted in furtherance of an eight (8) lot major residential subdivision. The subject property, located at the terminus of Ziemacki Lane and Fox Lane in Jamesport, is located within the Agricultural Protection (APZ) zoning use district, and is more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-6-1-11.
