River Pointe Apartments – Amended Site Plan – Discussion of a Site Plan Amendment for the Site Plan Application entitled River Point Apartments which was granted Administrative Approval by PB Resolution 2023-093 for façade improvements, interior renovations, landscape improvements, and new site lighting within a 6.175-acre parcel, currently improved with the River Point Apartment Complex, which contains 135 units within nine (9) two story apartment buildings, located within the Commercial Residential Campus (CRC) Zoning Use District, situate at 821 East Main Street, Riverhead, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-127-7-9.3 (Matt Charters). 2. Zoumas / Central Square - Open Space Scenic and Conservation Easement Modification Referral – Discussion of Town Board Referral pursuant to Town Code §§105-55 and 56 for Application to modify an Open Space Scenic and Conservation Easement Recorded on September 26, 2013 by Liber D00012746, Page 172 imposed by the Planning Board related to a Site Plan known and referred to as Central Square at Wading River, for the property situate on the south side of Route 25A, Wading River, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-75-3-4. 3.
