Flecken Residence Chapter 219 – Discussion of a Chapter 219 Coastal Erosion Hazard Area permit application seeking approval to construct a beach access stairway, remove an existing staircase, and revegetate disturbed areas, on a 3.23-acre parcel of land located at 118 North Side Road, Wading River, within the Residence B-80 (RB-80) Zoning Use District, more particularly described as SCTM No. 60024-2-32.
