Resolution No. 2026-039 - Calverton Industrial Subdivision (OSTAD) — Resolution issuing SEQR Findings Statement for a proposed major industrial subdivision of approximately 131 acres of land located within the Calverton Industrial (CI) zoning use district. The project site is located at 3511 Middle Country Road, Calverton, NY, and involves parcels more particularly described as SCTM Nos. 600-117-2-11 & 13. The proposed subdivision would create a new industrial roadway, three building lots totaling approximately 89.1 acres, a stormwater management area, an on-site Sewage Treatment Plant parcel, and approximately 20 acres of preserved wooded open space.
