Peconic Bay Medical Center / Northwell Health Maternity Relocation & Expansion — Discussion of a site plan application entitled Peconic Bay Medical Center / Northwell Health Maternity Relocation & Expansion which proposes widening the entrance road, new pedestrian access, curbing, drop off area, concrete walks, sitting area, asphalt pavement, landscaping, and pavement markings within a 30,698 sq. ft. portion of an 8.1966 acre parcel which is currently improved with the Peconic Bay Medical Center and related site improvements, located within the Hospital (H) Zoning Use District, situate a 1 Heroes Way, Riverhead, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-108-322.1 (Matt Charters) 2.
