The award-winning Rochester Art & Apples Festival returned after a one-year hiatus with more than 200 juried artists from across the country. A ribbon cutting opened the event with the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce, Rochester Mayor Bikson, Rochester Hills Mayor Barnett, and Oakland County Executive, David Coulter.
