Members of the public may attend the meeting in-person subject to New York State COVID-19 guidelines or via Zoom Communications. All may listen to the meeting live by tuning into local channel 22. The Zoning Board of Appeals may add or remove applications from the Agenda upon its discretion, without further notice. The order in which applications appear on the agenda may be changed at the discretion of the Zoning Board of Appeals. PUBLIC HEARINGS Appeal 2024-024 – Michael Gengler – 159 Sunset Blvd., Wading River – SCTM No. 600-30-2-34.3 – Residence B-80 (RB-80) Zoning – Proposed 12’ x 24’ Accessory Structure – Applicant requests variances and/or relief from Town Code Chapter 301-29A(1)(b) where proposed side yard abutting side street setback is 32 ft 6 inches where the minimum required is 60 ft, and where proposed accessory setback to dwelling is 4 ft where the minimum required is 10 ft.
