The Commission held the first reading of an ordinance to amend Kalamazoo City Code, Chapter 2- Article X regarding the Employee Retirement System. The Commission also adopted a RESOLUTION regarding a FY2025 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund project plan for drinking water system improvements and designating Director of Public Services, James J. Baker, as the authorized project representative. Director Baker presented a variety of updates on the DWSRF and pending project plans for updating water pumping stations 5 and 14.
