Needham Channel coverage of the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting held on June 20, 2024.

The Zoning Board of Appeals convened for an extended session on June 20th. Although the first case was withdrawn by the applicant, the remaining three cases generated thorough discussion. The board approved all the applications, including one for the program expansion of the Goldfish Swim School and another for a private tutoring program on Lower Chestnut Street. Additionally, the board gave the green light to the operation of a bar and restaurant in the space previously occupied by Bertucci's.
