The Commission will recommend the approval of the Conceptual Site Plan and Dimensional Deviation Request for 6139 & 6169 W Main St to construct a single floor building for Talsma Furniture on a 2 acre parcel. 3rd generation owner Tim Talsma presented renderings of the proposed construction. In their work session the commission reviewed the Signs & Billboards and Setback Provisions sections of the Township Ordinance as attorney James Porter suggested they be rewritten.
