North Central News - Major Modernization for Wallace Tower

Wallace Tower is undergoing one of the largest public housing renovations in Massachusetts.

With $26 million in state funding, the Fitchburg high-rise is being transformed with fully modernized one-bedroom units, ADA-compliant upgrades, and an expanded community room designed to support resident life.
