Council Preview – October 13, 2026

Host David Murchland welcomes City Administrator Steve Barg for a look ahead at the October 13 Marshfield Common Council meetings. Topics include the city budget review, proposed affordable housing at the former Weinbrenner building, a camping ordinance, firefighter equipment grants, traffic signal improvements and a potential power generation project. They also discuss public comment policies, a possible citywide staffing study and municipal tax comparisons. The budget meeting begins at 5 p.m., followed by the regular council meeting at 7 p.m.
