The Pipes of Christmas offers a new approach to their annual concert by responding to the current pandemic situation with this festival of beloved Christmas carols filmed across historic locations in Scotland.
Each Sunday in Advent, a new video will be added to our holiday playlist.This week we are delighted to showcase renown Gaelic singer Gillebride MacMillan singing "Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silent." The setting, Glencorse Old Kirk in Milton Bridge, Scotland was made famous to legions of fans of the STARZ series, 'Outlander' as the site of the wedding of Jamie and Claire.'Outlander' fans will also recognize MacMillan as the character of Gwyllyn the Bard from the series. The chapel dates back to 17th century and famed Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson indeed worshiped here.
