Meet the Candidates: Wisconsin Governor's Race Hear directly from candidates and gain valuable insight ahead of the upcoming election.

April 17, 2026 Meet the Candidates: Wisconsin Governor's Race The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce hosts an engaging Friday Forum at the Sheboygan Elks Lodge, featuring Wisconsin gubernatorial candidates. Participants share their visions for the state and discuss key issues impacting the business community, including economic development, workforce challenges, and the future of Wisconsin. David Crowley: David Crowley’s story is Wisconsin’s story — rooted in struggle, powered by community, and defined by results. From overcoming evictions to making history as Milwaukee County Executive, David has delivered real change in the places politics too often forgets. Now, David Crowley is ready to bring his proven leadership to every corner of Wisconsin — as the fighter this moment demands. Francesca Hong: Francesca Hong is a mom, service worker, chef, and community organizer. The daughter of immigrants and a proud Madisonian, a Democratic state representative and democratic socialist. She built her life from the dish pit to the State Legislature—always fighting for working families like hers. Now she’s running for governor to build a Wisconsin where everyone has a seat at the table. Kelda Roys: Kelda Roys is a proven Democratic leader who gets things done for Wisconsin families. A state senator, small business owner, attorney, and mom and stepmom of 5, Kelda is relentlessly focused on building a Wisconsin where everyone has the freedom to thrive. Missy Hughes: Missy has helped grow Wisconsin’s economy—turning Organic Valley into a $1 billion business and, as leader of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, creating jobs, helping small businesses, and bringing big new investments to our state. In tough times, Wisconsin needs a Governor who brings people together and gets things done. Whether in the private or public sector, Missy has delivered results for Wisconsin. Sara Rodriguez: Sara Rodriguez is a nurse, a working mom, and Wisconsin's Lieutenant Governor. Sara has spent her life solving problems and getting things done. As an ER nurse, she worked night shifts to pay her way through college. As a CDC intelligence officer, she was on the first plane into New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. As a working mom of two, she juggled child care while taking care of her father with Alzheimer’s. As a state representative, she flipped a Republican seat in Waukesha County. And as Lieutenant Governor, she's traveled to all 72 counties three times. Speakers that were invited and Declined the invitation: Mandela Barnes, Joel Brennan and Tom Tiffany.
