Several weighty issues faced new board chair Natasha Espada as the Planning Board met on Tuesday. After several sessions, they closed the public hearing on the renovation and expansion of the high school tennis courts, and they mediated a dispute between neighbors on a subdivided property on South Street. They also started work on a code of conduct for the board, and charted the course for the expansion of local restaurant Blue on Highland.
