Needham’s public health experts raised concerns about the town’s proposed new alcohol licensing policy. This was not the only issue before the Select Board at its October 14 meeting. Several residents also questioned the town’s handling of the Stephen Palmer Building takeover and the public outreach surrounding the Great Plain Avenue redesign.
