Needham Planning Board 9-16-2025

Change is being proposed for the block directly across from Trader Joe's on Highland Avenue. The latest reimagining of the former Avery Manor building came in front of the Planning Board for a public hearing. Afterwards, the board continued a discussion exploring what bylaw changes may be desirable in the downtown through a conversation with developers and property owners.
