Town Meeting and a myriad of Department of Public Works initiatives were addressed in the board's first meeting in March. With wide ranging issues from a possible plastic ban to restricting outdoor water usage starting in April, there were many things discussed that affect what Needham residents and businesses can do, and how much more it might cost them to do so.
