The Planning Board started their deliberations on the Central Avenue site being developed by the local Chabad chapter. Members initial views were probed, and lengthy conversation centered around the application of the Dover Amendment. The board continued discussions to their next meeting, when they hope to consult town counsel. They also laid the framework for amending the town bylaws in the next two Town Meeting sessions, strategizing on how to present articles at the Special Town Meeting on October 19th. Even minor changes are bringing up big talking points.
