Zoom meeting coverage of the Needham Planning Board meeting held at Town Hall on April 28, 2026.

The Planning Board had two major items to discuss at the meeting, which was not held in their regular chambers due to a technology upgrade taking place. First they continued the public hearing on the new Chabad and residence being planned for a Central Avenue property. Afterward it was all about Town Meeting preparations, as they worked through some tough questions before the matters take to the floor in Powers Hall.
