Needham Channel coverage of the Needham Zoning Board of Appeals meeting of March 19, 2026.

Two matters were decided by the board at their meeting on March 19th. The first was a determination that the Zoning Board had no grounds to revoke the building permit for a development on Falcon Road. That matter was followed by a permit request to allow a chiropractor's office to operate on Chestnut Street, despite being short of the parking requirements set by town by-law.
