The Plan Commission held a public hearing at their Tuesday meeting to consider a request from the Black Ben Coalition Foundation requesting approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the future land use classification at 101 Communications Drive from “Employment” to “Neighborhood Mix-Use” and review the concept plan for the proposed development. What is this application for and what actions took place on Tuesday? 3. City hall will be undergoing some renovations over the next few months.
