NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Private Road Name Creation The Selectboard of the Town of Clarendon is required by 24 V.S.A. § 2291 (16) and 24 V.S.A. § 4421 to conduct a hearing when a new private road name is needed. In response to a request for new E911 addresses located on the drive that extends from Squires Road to the Wunderland Pet Lodge, it is deemed that the driveway will need a new private road name as three or more residences shall be defined as a private road. Public input on what this private road should be named is welcomed ahead of this hearing.
