Board Reorganization: a) Nomination for Chair and Vice Chair of the Select Board b) Vote whether to have Meeting schedule remain the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 6pm, with Tuesdays being the alternate if a holiday lands on that Monday. c) Vote to have locations for posting meetings remain the Town Office, Proctor Post Office and Proctor Free Library d) Vote to designate a Newspaper of Record e) Adoption of Selectboard Rules and Polices V. Appointments: • Motion to appoint the Selectboard to serve as the Water & Sewer Commissioners for a term of 1 year • Motion to appoint Lisa Wright to serve as the assessor for a term of 1 year • Motion to appoint Anthony Preston to serve as Zoning Administrator for a term of 1 year • Motion to appoint Kevin Blongy to serve as Emergency Management Chair and Bruce Baccei as Emergency Management member for a term of 1 year • Motion to hear nominations and appoint Lisa Miser as a representative to serve on the RCSWD and Kyle Thornton as the alternative for a term of 1 year • Motion to appoint Dick Horner to serve as the RRPC representative and appoint Judy Frazier an alternate for a term of 1 year • Motion to hear nominations and appoint Albert Wenta a representative to serve on the Marble Valley Transit Committee for a permanent term • Motion to appoint Bruce Baccei to serve as the Regional Transportation Council representative and Kyle Thornton as the alternative for a term of 1 year • Motion to appoint Spencer Lanning to serve as 911 Coordinator for a term of 1 year • Motion to appoint Bruce Baccei, Tom Hogan and Albert Wenta as 3 representatives (2 voting and 1 alternative) to the OCW Board of Trustees for a term of 1 year • Motion to hear nominations and appoint a tree warden for a term of 1 year VI.
