A request has been made for a Variance under Section 2.08(B) – Space and Bulk Standards – Mixed Use District West of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for a subdivision of the lot with less lot size, street frontage, minimum front and side setbacks, maximum density, and any other relevant/applicable requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is in the Mixed-Use District West. The applicant has requested to withdraw this application. 4. New Business A. Case #VAR26 01: Public Hearing for a Variance Request by Cardinal Landfill Solar, LLC, Tax Map R19, Lot(s) 12 and 12-1. A request has been made for a Variance under Section(s) 3.24 Solar Collection Systems (E) Permitted Uses and 2.07 Mixed-Use District East (B) – Space and Bulk Standards. The applicant is requesting relief to allow for a large commercial solar farm (3MW) where such uses are prohibited, as well as to allow infrastructure associated with the project to be located within the minimum side setback requirements.
