The proposal is to subdivide the parcel using Grondin Drive as the road frontage and access to the three existing buildings on site. One additional lot will be created at the end of Grondin Drive. As part of this project, Grondin Drive will be shifted south in some locations, widened to 18’ in width with 2’ shoulders, and include the addition of a hammerhead turn around at the end. These roadway improvements will result in wetland impacts and disturbance within the wetland buffer.
