Case #SUP25_002: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Special Use Permit application for Richard Ramponi, Tax Map R6, 170. A Special Use Permit is required for the placement of a roughly 200 square foot shed within 100’ feet of a waterbody and within the Waterfront Protection Overlay District. The project is located on Camelot Shore Drive and is within the Agricultural Residential Zoning District. B. Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Boundary Line Adjustment for Campbell Resources, LLC and Packy’s Investment Properties, LLC, Tax Map R3, Lots 6 and 9. The applicant is proposing a boundary line adjustment, which includes the transfer of a total of 10.68 acres from Tax Map R3, Lot 9 to Tax Map R3, Lot 6. The properties are located on NH Route 11 and are within the Commercial Business and Rural Residential Zoning Districts C. Case #SRA25_005: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Site Plan application or Packy’s Investment Properties, LLC, Tax Map R-3, Lot 8. The applicant proposes installing 35 solar trackers towards the rear of the existing PIP Rental and Storage facility.
