The applicant is proposing to convert an existing 4,500square-foot building into four multi-family residential units. The proposal is located at 60 Charles Street and is within the Urban Residential Zoning District. B. Case #SUB25_002: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Subdivision application for Butternut Land Holdings LLC, Tax Map R11, Lot 2. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing 27.04-acre parcel into two lots. One of the proposed lots will be 1.6 acres and include the existing house, driveway, shared septic system, and wells. The second proposed lot will be 25.80 acres and keep the remaining frontage.
