Case #SRA25_002: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Site Plan application for FMH Health Services, LLC, Tax Map R-20, Lot 12. The applicant is proposing a 1,080 square foot mixed-use building serviced by municipal water and a private septic system, as well as associated parking and infrastructure. The proposed project is located off NH Route 11 and is within the Commercial Business Zoning District. B. Case #CUP25_001: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Conditional Use Permit for FMH Health Services, LLC, Tax Map R-20, Lot 12. A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow a use rendering impervious greater than 2,500SF on a lot within the Groundwater Protection Overlay District. C. Case #SRA24_005: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Major Site Plan Application for Nutes Solar, LLC, Tax Map(s) R-17 Lot(s) 68, 55, 57, 33 & Tax Map(s) R-18; Lot(s): 10, 5 & 3. The proposal is for a 20-megawatt AC (MW) solar energy facility interconnecting to the existing Eversource transmission line that bisects the project site. The project consists of access roads, fencing, solar array foundations, racking system, panels, equipment pads with inverters and transformers, and other associated equipment. The project proposes using a single axis tracker racking system which maximizes power output by tracking the sun from east to west daily. The project is in the Rural Residential District. 6.
