The Board approved the NFP site plan for the Southwest Michigan land conservancy project for the Bow in the Clouds preserve with a request of widening a portion of the trail to allow maintenance access requiring the removal of 3 to 12 trees. The Board also approved a project located on 3625 west michigan avenue to add multi-family housing, granting approval of the new NFP site plan and a Variance for woodland removal with the project.
