Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey visited Fitchburg to launch the statewide Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP), announcing million to create 288 new housing units across six Gateway Cities.

Mayor Samantha Squailia and state officials celebrated the downtown revitalization efforts, including the renovation of 347 Main Street into new housing and a retro arcade bar, "Power Surge."
