Title 5 Local Upgrade Approval & Variance Request: 185 High Rock Rd.-Lar Greene-McCarty Companies LUA's in accordance with 310 CMR 15.405: + 1- 15.405(I)(I) Reduction of system location setback to the property line to allow a 6-foot setback to the soil absorption system where 10 feet is required per 15.211. + 2- 15.405(I)(I) Reduction of system location setback to the property line to allow a 2.8-foot setback to the septic tank where 10 feet is required per 15.211. + 3- 15.405(I)(G) Reduction of system location setback to a private well to allow 38- foot setback where 100 feet is required per 15.211. + 4- 15.405(I)(G) Reduction of system location setback (Septic tank) to a private well to allow 22-foot setback where 50 feet is required per 15.211. + 5- 15.405(I)(H) Reduction of separation between the bottom of the soil absorption system and the high groundwater elevation to allow a 2-foot separation where 4 feet is required per 15.211. - Variance in accordance with 310 CMR 15.415: + 6- 15.415 (2) To allow the repair or replacement in the disposal area with no less than two feet of naturally occurring pervious material.
