North Central News - Fitchburg Arts Community Ribbon Cutting

Fitchburg officially cut the ribbon on the new Fitchburg Arts Community, a major redevelopment of the historic BF Brown school building.

What was once a vacant school is now home to dozens of affordable live–work spaces for artists, designed to strengthen the city’s creative economy while preserving a beloved landmark. State and federal leaders, including Housing Secretary Edward Augustus and Congresswoman Lori Trahan, joined community members to celebrate the milestone.
