City and state leaders gathered at Coolidge Park to cut the ribbon on Fitchburg’s newest outdoor exercise court, a free and accessible fitness space built next to the city pool, walking trail, and playing fields.

The installation was made possible through a public-private partnership between the city, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the National Fitness Campaign.
