Before Coolidge Park’s pool closes out the summer, it went to the dogs. Fitchburg’s four-legged friends were given a chance to take the plunge, with every 0 admission benefiting the neighboring Fitchburg Dog Park.

The result was a pool full of pups and a fundraiser aimed at keeping one of the city’s favorite canine hangouts in fetching shape.
