The 29th Annual Boulder Awards brought together the community television leaders, volunteers, and producers who continue to shape local media across North Central Massachusetts.

Fitchburg Access Television honored longtime host Barbara Foster, former executive director Scott May, and several other community access television standouts for their impact both on and off the air.
