044-26: Grant Fund Expenditure of $170,098.84 From the Comm. of Massachusetts 911 Department Training Grant
044-26 ORDER: the City of Fitchburg hereby approves the expenditure of funds from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security State 911 Department Training Grant in the approximate amount of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND NINETY-EIGHT and 84/100 DOLLARS ($170,098.84) for the purpose of training Fire Department dispatchers in Emergency Medical Dispatch procedures, and Police Department dispatchers in 911 Emergency procedures.

045-26 ORDER: the City of Fitchburg approve the expenditure of Shannon Community Safety Initiative Grant funds in the approximate amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTYTWO THOUSAND EIGHTY-TWO AND 51/100 DOLLARS ($322,082.51) from the Executive Office of Public Safety & Security for multi-jurisdictional youth initiatives.

034-26. ORDER THAT: the City of Fitchburg approve the expenditure of grant funds from the Federal Aviation Administration in the approximate amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT AND 03/100 DOLLARS ($119,768.03) for the purpose of improvements and deferred maintenance at the Fitchburg Municipal Airport. ORDER THAT: the City of Fitchburg hereby approves the expenditure of MassDevelopment grant funds in the approximate amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000) to support the design of water, sewer, and storm drain upgrades, and a hotel study for the Airport land now designated as non-aviation. + 042-26 RESOLUTION: Acknowledging the Repayment Obligation Under the MassDevelopment Recoverable Grant from the Site Assessment Program
046-26: State Earmark Expenditure of $304,000 To Support Market-Rate Housing at the Iver Mills Development Project
046-26 ORDER: the City of Fitchburg hereby approves the expenditure of state earmark funds in the approximate amount of THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($304,000) to support the production of market-rate housing at the Iver Mills development project on River Street.
