Students shared powerful experiences from the Project 351 initiative. City Council members debated and approved a new ordinance limiting temporary appointments to 90 days. The Appointments Committee approved several new and returning members across city boards, while the Water and Wastewater Commission reviewed upcoming budgets and provided updates on major infrastructure projects across the city.
