Along the River's Way: An Elder Artist Oral History Project in Vermont's Mad River Valley Interview #2: Artist Elga Gemst of Moretown, Vermont (5-29-25) “Along the River’s Way” is a first time collaboration between Mad River Valley Arts, Mad River Valley TV, and anthropologist/journalist Tracy Brannstrom. This project documents the lives and creative practices of 12 elder artists in the Mad River Valley. It culminates into an immersive multimedia exhibition during November and ends on December 13th at Mad River Valley Arts in Waitsfield, VT. Support for this project comes from Lawson's Finest Liquids in Waitsfield, Vermont.
