A request for a Conditional Use Permit to permit an existing 1,451 square foot preschool/day care and an expansion of 1,050 square feet. The project is categorically exempt from further CEQA review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and, as a separate and independent basis, Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning), of the CEQA Guidelines.
