A request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Banquet Hall in C2 zone, full alcohol sales for the restaurant and banquet hall, and a request for shared parking in order to allow the use of the available parking spaces based on the parking demand study. This project is categorically exempt from further CEQA review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.
