A request for a Site Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a new self-storage facility use in a Heavy Industrial zone (M2) and to allow for an increase in the FAR from 0.40 to 0.87. Per Section 15070 of CEQA, an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) were prepared and will be considered for adoption, along with approval of the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. The draft IS/MND was published for the public to review and provide comments starting 02/10/2016 through 03/11/2016.
A request for approval of a Site Development Permit, Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Map to develop approximately 2.5 acres within TASP with 216 residential units, 353 parking spaces in a subterranean garage, and 9,590 square feet of retail, leasing and amenity space. CEQA: Project is within the scope of the TASP EIR and exempt from further CEQA review.
A request for approval of a Site Development Permit, Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Map to develop approximately 9.84 acres with 694 residential units and approximately 36,500 square feet of commercial space within TASP. CEQA: Project is within the scope of the TASP EIR and exempt from further CEQA review.
