A. Lt. Gould is thanked by a school principal for sitting in on a meeting with a family giving them
hope and a way forward with a family matter.
B. Off. Bibeau is commended for her compassion and diligence, at a recent call for service, for
building rapport with a person in crisis.
C. Parking Enforcement staff members Ryan and Finch are commended for enforcement
efforts and gaining compliance with parking regulations throughout the City.
D. Sgt. Smith was recognized in a social media post for lifesaving efforts which contributed to
recovery of addiction for this person.
E. Off. Harris, Off. Root, Off. Garneau and Off. Dale are commended by recruit Officer Newberg
in exemplifying the Agency’s core values by their commitment to the in-house training program.
