This Is My Brave is a national organization dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding mental illness through storytelling. People all over the US - and now in Eagle County - bravely share true, personal stories on overcoming depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, postpartum depression, borderline personality disorder, anorexia, bulimia, sexual assault, alcoholism, substance use disorder and more.
