Ready, Set, Ascender! | New beginnings
In this episode, Alejandra and Diana discuss the start of 2026 with new beginnings and some highlights from Ascender's 10-year anniversary! They talk about the new ACC Lockhart Center, which is open and available for classes like automotive, welding, heating & air conditioning repair, plumbing, and more. Plus, they share a few different businesses around Austin to check out in 2026. Their student guest is Araceli Ramirez, ACC Business Administration student, who also is a hair and makeup stylist and aspires to own her own salon business! She is taking advantage of ACC’s Free Tuition Program and is excited about the possibility of transferring to her dream school, St. Edward’s University, through the ACComplish @ St. Edward’s transfer program.
