The Goffstown Select Board will hold three consecutive Public Hearings on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 6:20 p.m. at Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH. Community Development Block Grant funds are available to municipalities through the NH Community Development Finance Authority. Up to $750,000 annually is available on a competitive basis for public facility projects, up to $750,000 for housing projects, up to $500,000 for economic development projects, and up to $350,000 annually is available for emergency activities. Up to $25,000 is available per planning study. All projects must primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons. The public hearings will be on: 1. A proposed application to the NH Community Development Finance Authority for up to $750,000 in CDBG Public Facility Grant funds. Of the grant funds, up to $35,000 will be retained for administrative and procurement and labor compliance costs, and the remainder will be sub granted to Medvil Cooperative, a 301 unit manufactured housing park located at 157 Donald Dr in Goffstown toward the cost of sewer/septic and/or water infrastructure improvements. 2. The Anti-Displacement and Relocation assistance Plan for the Medvil Cooperative Infrastructure Improvements Project. No displacement or relocation is anticipated. 3. The Housing and Community Development plan.
