The property owner is AMS Properties, Inc., and the lot in Goffstown is located off of Gorham Pond Road, Goffstown, NH, Zoned: Agricultural. The Subdivision located in Weare is required to have subdivision approval from both the Town of Goffstown and the Town of Weare as the lot located in Goffstown will become part of the Weare subdivision.
Map 5, Lot 70, Conceptual Review Hearing for a proposed eight (8) Lot Subdivision off of Rainbow Drive. The proposal will create seven (7) residential home lots and the remainder lot will have the continued use of a cell tower that is currently located on the property. The property is owned by A.M. Gabriella Demenyi Revocable Trust, Zoned: Agricultural.
