7. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. 7a. Motion – To amend the 2025 General Fund Capital Improvements Department budget. 7b. Motion – To authorize a change order to the contract with Rich & Associates for professional services for architectural and engineering design. 7c. Motion – To approve the purchase and installation of a new detention intercom system. 7d. Motion – To approve the purchase of ballistic helmets. 7e. Motion – To modify an existing permanent highway easement with the Road Commission of Oakland County as part of the Brown Road Reconstruction Project. 7f. Motion – To authorize participation in the National Opioid Settlements with Sackler/Purdue and Secondary Manufacturers.
