7. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Motion – To approve the purchase of Armor Express Surge Ballistic Plates. 7c. Motion – To approve a fourth Food and Beverage Services Extension Agreement with Crank’s Services, LLC. 7d. Motion – To amend the 2026 General Fund Capital Improvements Department budget. 7e. Motion – To approve the purchase of computer equipment for the Community Development Department as part of the 2026 IT hardware refresh project. 7f. Motion – To approve the purchase of computer equipment for the City Clerk’s Office as part of the 2026 IT hardware refresh project. 7g. 9. NEW BUSINESS 9a. Public Hearing/Motion – To consider renewal of the remaining 2026 Liquor Licenses. 9b. Auburn Hills Downtown Municipal Parking Lots Part 1: Motion - To approve the Rezoning of 3157 Auburn Road from B-2, General Business District to D, Downtown District. Part 2: Motion - To approve the Site Plan to construct municipal parking lots on the portion of 3157 Auburn Road immediately adjacent to Auburn Road and on vacant land located at the northeast corner of Churchill Road and Auburn Road. 9c. Motion - To approve the Resolution Approving Proposed Amendment to The City Charter and Approving Ballot Language and authorize the City Clerk to certify and file same. 9d. Motion – To approve the Resolution titled “A Resolution to Approve Ballot Language and Submit to the Electors a Proposed Millage to Repeal and Replace the Current Millage at 4 Mills for Fire Protection, Emergency Medical Services, and Advanced Life Support Services,” and authorize the City Clerk to certify and file same.
