Journey across the historic route from Mount Union to Robertsdale while exploring the fascinating history of the railroad, the coal mines it served, and the industries that powered the region for generations. This presentation will also cover the EBT’s first renaissance under the stewardship of the Kovalchick family, whose preservation efforts saved the railroad from abandonment, as well as today’s ambitious restoration work led by the EBT Foundation.
